FUSELAGE INSTALLATION GUIDE:

Remove the tail gear box, tail boom clamp, and tail pushrodguide set.
Remove the plastic ball link from the tail pushrod. Put this aside for re-installation later. We suggest you count the number of turns to remove, so it can be later re-installed in the same position.
Install the Fusuno tail boom by sliding it forward over the stock boom. Be sure the metal tail rod goes through the two carbon tail pushrod guides on the Fusuno tail boom.
Remove two button head screws on both sides of the frame.
Push the frame out to create a slot between the frame and the front boom mount so you are able to slide the tail boom inside the slot.
Secure the Fusuno tail boom by tighten up the two button head screws.
Re-install the plastic ball linkon to the tail pushrod. Return the rod to its original length by twisting the ball link in and counting the same number of turns as when you removed it. Recheck your tail servo endpoints as necessary.
Re-install the tail gear box and secure using the Fusuno CF vertical fin.

After many flights and simulation , we decided to “stretch” our main grip 1.5 mm, moving the main blade lock hole position far 1.5mm compare the standard version, this tiny change have amazing  positive effect in the heli performance, because  increase the rotor disc of 3 mm, giving better pops and more cyclic authority.

Lynx Heli Innovations is proud to introduce our own in house design Spherical Swivel Bearing assembly that allows the swash plate to pivot around the main shaft better than ever!  Thanks to our experience and our desire to for better solutions, we have created a new Spherical Bearing bushing from a low friction copolymer to ensure an incredibly smooth, solid and precise swivel action while eliminating looseness between the ball and bushing for drastic elimination of any free play.

The 180CFX is an amazing RTF helicopter. Lynx has looked closely at the helicopter’s performance, and we have found a number of areas for improvement. One issue we noted was the standard heli Tail Boom Clamp.
These parts originally in plastic can’t clamp the boom as need, than vibe or tail wag can upend, reducing the tail system performance.

We designed a clamp that once installed will lock perfectly the boom making the tail system “rock-solid”. Like any Lynx part we aim for the strongest part with the lightest weight. We always look for upgrades that will not compromise helicopter performance.

Lynx Heli Innovations has redesigned the standard Nano CPX plastic Head Center Hub, using aluminum alloy, and we combo with Carbon Lynx Main Shaft.

This micro part assembly will add precision and shock resistance to your Nano CPX heli.

Why Lynx sale the Head Center Hub in combo with the main shaft??

During out intensive design test we immediately discovery a weak and dangerous point once Aluminum CNC center Hub are installed into standard Nano CPX main shaft.

Standard main shaft is designed to fit into plastic hub and have two parallel slots that fit and lock the rotation in the plastic hub. Those surfaces are NOT designed to fit in the CNC center hub and can compromise the assembly lock with risk of dangerous center hub infly disassembly.

For us security first and we design a special shaft for CNC center hub.

Lynx shaft is specifically designed for Lynx Head Center Hub and have special slot that assure the clamp and the perfect lock assembly. Pictures below had shown the difference between Lynx special shaft and standard main shaft slots.
