Awesome reactivity + after sale service! First, the order was placed at around 15h, received the next day at 10h. They missplaced a product instead of another in my order (well, to be honest this happens even to the bests) and they answered super quickly to my contact form. In less than 20 minutes, I received a notification that the new parcel was being sent with the right product.

Top magasin, toujours dispo pour un conseil ou une aide, réponse rapide aux mails, stock toujours bien tenu, service de pièce détachée impec, bref que du bon ! On aimerait parfois un conseil ou l'autre de plus mais bon il faut les comprendre, ils ne sont pas là pour donner des leçons sur le modélisme! :-)
