    MAX BEC 2 is designed to power the receiver and servos in the model. MAX BEC 2 is a linear voltage stabilizer with an adjustable output voltage. The output voltage is set using a jumper and in one of four positions: 5.0V, 5.4V, 5.7V or 6.0V. MAX BEC 2 can be powered using NiXX and Li–XX cells. MAX BEC also gives an indication of used capacity of the battery with four LED´s.
    An integral part of the MAX BEC 2 is an electronic switch that uses a highly efficient type of MOSFET transistor. The main benefits of the MAX BEC 2 include a high voltage rating (to 12 cells NiXX) and low current in the off state (170 μA). The analog voltage stabilization does not contribute to radio interference.

    Linear regulator MAX BEC is a sophisticated tool for regulating voltage in models which have a receiver and servos powered by 2 LiXX cells or 5-6 NiXX cells. Servo voltage is constant during the entire flight which results in smooth motion of the servos.

    Required output voltage (5.0V, 5.4V, 5.7V, 6.0V) is selected by a jumper plug.

    MAX BEC can be supplied either by NiXX or LiXX cells, recommended are 2 LiXX cells or 5-6 NiXX cells. Input voltage is indicated by four LED´s. If the input voltage is above 7.0V, all three green LED´s are ON. While the cells are gradually discharging, particular LED´s go OFF depending on input voltage (lower then 7V, 6.7V, 6.45V). If the input voltage is under 6.5V, the red LED goes ON indicating that cells are discharged (if using 2S LiXX then it means that voltage of particular cells is under 3.25V).

    Supply cells must be connected into input side with two 0.5 mm2 cables. There is also parallel-connected 3link with JR connector which is intended for cells charging, without a need for disconnection of power connectors. Maximum charging current is 0,5A (limited by connector).

    Output voltage is extracted from output side with 2 links. It is recommended to connect both 2-links, it results in higher reliability and lower current loading on connectors. The connectors may be plugged in any channel of the receiver.

    On the output side, there is a switch extracted, which activates the regulator. The switch is connected as “safe”; it means that mechanical damage of joints or wires has no impact on BEC function.

    SingleBEC is a linear regulator to provide power for a standard servo with a maximum input voltage of 6V. The SingleBEC can also be used to provide power for the control units of helicopters or multi-rotor aircraft.  

    Its great advantage is that it allows the use of standard servos in systems designed for the so-called High-Voltage servos. Due to its dimensions, the SingleBEC is designed even for small airplane models. Its internal filtering improves the quality of the output voltage for the servo.

    The Jeti Max BEC 2D Plus EX is the latest linear voltage regulator from Jeti, produced to very high standards in Europe. The Max BEC 2D Plus features a magnetic switch, so there is no mechanical wear-and-tear from switching the unit on and off. The unit also has a large heat-sink to dissipate heat.

    For the first time ever, your models receiver system can be turned ON/OFF with a simple flip of the switch, wirelessly from the Jeti DC/DS transmitters. The R3/RSW receiver fully replaces Jetis Magnetic Switch which is widely used with Jeti Voltage Regulators as well as their Electronic Switches. Simply cut off the existing switch, install a Male JR type connector and plug it to the #3 port of the R3/RSW receiver.

    In addition to its magnetic switch feature, the 2D is programmable using the Jeti Box and is also Duplex 2.4EX compatible, allowing audible alarms to be configured for low input voltage or high-temperature and allowing real-time feedback of input voltage and temperature, as well as output voltage selection, wirelessly from the Jeti Box.

    Redundant inputs are provided for power-supply and the output features an MPX type socket, directly supporting the Duplex R12, R14, R18 receivers and all Duplex EPC receivers. The maximum burst output is 20A. The recommended input power is 5.5-8.4V, e.g. two-cell lithium polymer batteries or 5-6 nickel-based cells. You may also use 2-cell LiFe battery pack.
