This method causes the fiberglass "fibers" to be oriented axially in 1/2" long pellets, allowing for a higher fiber (60%) to resin (nylon binder) density. Providing substantially higher strength and stiffness than glass filled nylon.
The additional stiffness is beneficial to control of vibration resonance response. The higher strength allows the use of thinner cross-sections, beneficial to weight and aerodynamic efficiency.

CAM PROP. Very high efficiency and broad effective working envelope. Range of profiles specially calculated for each propeller, ensuring best possible aerodynamics. CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) methods guarantee close tolerances and maximum possible accuracy. A series of propellers for models with electric or glow motors. As they are designed primarily for electric flight adaptors, all these propellers are supplied with an 8 mm centre bore. To use them with OS glow-plug motors tubular spacers are required.
