The new Futaba GYA460 is a 6 axis aircraft gyro which includes automatic flight attitude control and stabilisation. As well as having 3 independent gyros the GYA460 also features 3 acceleration sensors for attitude correction. With the GYA460 in operation the aircraft will maintain a stable attitude, whatever the wind conditions, enabling the pilot to enjoy flying the model instead of fighting the conditions.
In beginner mode the maximum roll, pitch or yaw angle is limited to about 80°, and in the event of loss of control, the pilot can simply release the transmitter stick and the model will automatically recover into level flight. The X3 Control is a 3-axis gyro system for stabilizing the attitude in surface models. The module can be used with any receiver system and is NOT linked to specific RC brands! The built-in motion sensors detect even the slightest movement of the model change at an early stage. Even before the human eye can perceive the movement of the model at all, the X3 Control already calculates a correction control pulse and sends it to the corresponding servo.
The X3 module has 3-axis gyro and accelerometer sensors, which take control of the flight model in the three defined axes. A separate control channel, the module can be activated or deactivated in flight. In practice, support the X3 Control the pilot flying and the model can formally engage in the relevant flight position. Especially in gusty wind conditions, the model with the X3 Control is much calmer and more stable in the air.
